Marc Evans has been a Consultant Diabetologist at Llandough Hospital and the University Hospital of Wales since the beginning of 2003. He was previously a Lecturer in Diabetes and Endocrinology at the University of Wales College of Medicine. Dr Evans has multiple ongoing academic and clinical interests, including the pathophysiology of vascular disease in type 2 diabetes and the clinical physiology of the natural history of type 2 diabetes. He also has considerable involvement and interests surrounding ongoing medial education related to diabetes care and has published over 80 articles, book chapters and abstracts.
